During your appointment, our Nurse Practitioner will review:

- Treatment eligibility and recommendations
Based on this assessment, a personalized treatment plan will be developed to help you achieve your desired outcomes safely and effectively.
Requirements
Treatments Requiring a Medical Consultation
A medical consultation is required before receiving any of the following services:
- Weight Management Programs
- Peptide Therapy
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
- IV Therapy
- IM Therapy
To maintain active status, medical consultations may need to be updated periodically as determined by your provider.
